These laws concern any and all arrangements where an egg is donated by a third party and the given to an intended parent to carry and give birth to the child. The laws in Texas state that once the donor has donated the eggs, they forfeit all rights and obligations to any future children that are conceived. This means that there is no need for further court proceedings or adoption procedures after the donation has been made.

Know Your Egg Donation Rights

Once you have met our donation guidelines and been accepted as an egg donor with Simple Surrogacy, we will provide you with an attorney. This attorney will be provided at no additional cost and will discuss your legal contract with your matched intended parents. We encourage all of our egg donors to ask as many questions as they need in order to fully understand the contract and the process prior to signing. Once the paperwork is fully understood and signed, your compensation will be placed in Escrow and the process can begin.
